What is hypnotherapy?

"If one does not know to which port one is sailing, no wind is favorable" [Seneca]

Ericksonian hypnosis involves communicative cooperation between therapist and client, whereby the therapist helps the client to enter a hypnotic trance in which the control exercised by the client's consciousness recedes into the background and unconscious processes come to the fore. The unconscious is primarily seen as a source of strength and energy that can give you a lot of positive things if you just allow it. The therapist guides the patient to deal with certain issues in this altered state of consciousness.

You are never without your own will, but rather enters a state of deep relaxation, making you more open and receptive to new ideas and possibilities. Access to physical, emotional, and cognitive processes is greatly improved in the hypnotized state, giving it special therapeutic value. By letting go of unconscious, negative thought patterns are reduced and positive, motivating ones open up together with new solutions that give strength, perspective, and confidence.

Let go of mental and emotional baggage and discover space for positive experiences. Discover the power of your unconscious to take control of your life!
