HYPNOTHERAPY

Hypnosis is one of the oldest methods in medicine and psychotherapy. The American psychiatrist Milton H. ENERGETIC THERAPY

During energetic therapy, Andreas Weller creates a trusting framework to release energetic blockages holistically. Important keys here are presence and loving, gentle support in dialogue. There is often a stressful emotion underneath a blockage - and this needs to be looked at and resolved. In the course of energetic therapy, the energy body is ‘reprogrammed’ so that you can also release stuck emotions and blockages and return to your own healing power.

FAMILY CONSTELLATION

Systemic constellation work is a method that reveals the dynamics and relationships between people, parts, or elements of a system. It can provide important support on the path of personal development, as life issues should also be viewed in the context of our relationships (e.g., with parents, partners, children, friends, colleagues, superiors, etc.) and their belief systems. Often, healing and further development only become possible once unconscious conflicts at these relationship levels are seen and resolved.

The family constellation takes place once per month in our practice. At the moment it is only available in German language.

TRE (TRAUMA RELEASING EXERCISE)

TRE exercises for trauma recovery help trigger the body's natural neurogenic tremors. Neurogenic tremors are involuntary muscle twitches and spasms caused by the nervous system. Dr. Berceli discovered this method in his role as a chaplain with the Navy SEALs. It is a built-in mechanism that helps the body reduce trauma and stress.
